Turtle Lake Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists Offers Community New Stress-Relieving Outlet through Massage Therapy

Turtle Lake, Wis. (June 25, 2013) – Turtle Lake Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists (PTRS) is proud to announce they will offer Massage Therapy services on Mondays and Thursdays beginning July 1, 2013, just in time for the holiday. Current team member, Alicia Bruder, LMT, furthered her education and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in order to offer the community a natural alternative that can improve their overall health and wellness.

With our fast-paced lives today, stress levels are often high, causing many people pain and sickness; and according to, 90% of illnesses are caused by stress. Alicia and the staff are excited to educate the community about how massage therapy can help reduce this stress and anxiety. In addition, it also aids in other areas including injury prevention, improved sleep and enhanced circulation. Each individual who schedules an appointment will receive a customized program based on his or her needs and concerns to ensure the best results. “I want my clients to receive numerous benefits in the massages that I tailor for them – from chronic pain relief, to healthy tissue repair, to deep relaxation,” says Alicia.

As July 1st rapidly approaches, much anticipation has arisen for this new service as several community members have already expressed their interest. Alicia is also ecstatic to begin working with her clients as she feels “the best part about being a Massage Therapist is greeting the client after they come out of the session completely relaxed and full of smiles.” Contact Turtle Lake PTRS today to book your first massage therapy session and allow us to put a smile on your face.

Turtle Lake PTRS is a multi-service physical and sports medicine private practice, now offering massage therapy. If you are interested in learning more or scheduling an appointment, please visit or call 715-986-4103.
